We had a whole day of plans and activities set but it was all screwed up because we had to wait an extra hour and 15 mins before we could even get into our rooms. We got a king suite and the room itself was beautiful but the service is why my and my fiance will never return to this place.
The only reason I'm giving it a star is for the room.
